FitFest 2025
🔥 FitFest Triples is coming August 16! 🔥
Grab your crew and throw down at our competition made for 3-person teams! We’ve got divisions for Intermediate and Scaled athletes, so whether you're in it to win it or just want to have some fun — this is your time to shine 💪

Description:
Split all reps as needed until the total reps are reached.
Exception - The DB Thrusters must be completed SYNCHRO between all athletes (each athlete is doing 10 reps total)
Movement Standards:
Cal Row - Reps much be reached before athlete leaves rower.
DB Snatch - One head must hit the ground, No hands on your thighs, full extension of hips with shoulder locked out at top. Athletes do not need to alternate each rep.
HR Pushups - Chest and thighs touch the ground. Hands must leave the ground completely. Lock out elbows at the top.
HR Knee Pushups - Same standards as HR Pushups, but athletes will be on knees.
Deadlifts - Weights must hit the ground at bottom and full extension of hips at the top.
Pullups - Any variation is allowed. Chin must pass the bar at the top and elbows locked out at the bottom.
Jump Pullups - Athletes head must be 6” from the bar or more. Chin will break the plain of the bar and have full extension of elbows at bottom.
DB Thrusters - Hips must be at or below parallel at bottom and full extension of elbow at the top. Each athlete must meet at the top before the weights come down to be SYNCHRO.
Description:
Athlete 1 must complete a full round before athlete 2 starts the next round.
Keep cycling rounds until the 14 minutes have been reached.
Movement Standards:
Knee to Elbow - Your knees must touch anywhere from your armpit to elbows to be counted at the top. Legs must pass the plain of the bar at the bottom.
Hang Knee Raise - Knees must pass the hip line at top and reach full hip extension at bottom.
Wall Ball - 10’ target at top for men, 9’ target at top for women. Hips at or below parallel at bottom.
Wall Ball Thruster - Hips must be at or below parallel at bottom and elbows fully locked out at the top. (Athletes will NOT throw the wall ball)
Box Jump Over - Two feet takeoff and athlete must go over the box. You do not need to lockout at the top and you can step or jump down from the box.
Box Step Overs - Athletes MUST step up and step down on the box. No jumping. Athletes do NOT need to lock out at the top.
Cal Assault Bike - Athlete must complete reps listed before leaving the bike.
Description:
Athletes will complete the reps listed. Work can be split between the athletes however needed. 85 TOTAL lateral Burpee over bar.
Movement Standards:
Lateral BOB (intermerdiate) - Athletes must stay lateral with the bar for the burpees and the jump. Two feet must be in the air at a time, but a two foot takeoff is NOT required. Chest must touch the ground at the bottom of the burpee.
Lateral BOB (Scaled) - Athletes can step or jump over the bar.
Description:
2 athletes will be chipping away at the rounds with the 3rd athlete works on the Row Cals.
Athletes may switch on rower whenever they need.
Athletes will keep working until the rounds and Cals are completed. Once the rounds are completed, athletes will chip away at the rower with switching as needed.
Air Squats must be SYNCHRO between 2 athletes every round.
Movement Standards:
P. Cleans - Weights must touch the ground. Full extension of the hips at the top with elbows breaking the plain of the bar at the top.
Shoulder to Overhead (S2O) - Jerks, Push and Strict press are all acceptable. Athlete must be standing tall with elbows and hips locked out at top.
SYNCHRO Air Squats - Hips must be at or below parallel at the bottom and full extension of hips at the top. Athletes will SYNCHRO at the bottom of the squat for rep to count.
Description:
Athletes will switch as needed and complete as many Dumbbell Bench Press as possible.
Teams will sign up for a time to complete this workout during registration. It will be up to the team to complete this workout with a judge. (A workout area along with a judge will be available all day).
If a different workout starts during a teams scheduled time, it will be up to the team to move their workout time.
Movement Standards:
DB Bench - Dumbbell heads will hit the athletes shoulder at bottom and have full elbow extension at the top.

We will deep dive into mobility and give guidance to help you develop your mobility and Range of Motion.
Class Moved
Our class will be moved to Johnson Lake for your choice of a 1K or 5K put on by United In Faith. Come join us for a nice Saturday Morning Run! Race begins at 8:30am. No signup required.
CrossFit Open
We will be hosting the CrossFit Open workouts at our facility. We will hold the open workouts on Fridays. If you need special accommodations to complete the workouts, please reach out to us to schedule a time.
Clinic: Gymnastics
We will deep dive into the gymnastics move we use in CrossFit. Join us on Saturday morning to polish up these moves.
Gym Christmas Party
Bring your friends and family. We will also be doing a White Elephant gift exchange. If you want to be involved with that, $30 is the limit on the gift.
